Join our dynamic team at Liberty Industrial as a Bid Coordinator. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting Liberty Industrial's work-winning efforts by coordinating the preparation and submission of high-quality tenders, expressions of interest (EOIs), proposals and presentations.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with a range of stakeholder teams. The successful candidate will have previous experience coordinating bids, tenders or proposals within the demolition, remediation or construction sector. Strong written communication and project coordination skills are a must!
We value working flexibly and are open to the successful candidate being based at our Sydney, Perth or Brisbane office.
The Opportunity
- Facilitate progress reviews and submission workshops to drive collaboration and accountability throughout the bid process.
- Coordinate the end-to-end preparation and submission of tenders, EOIs, proposals and presentations across Liberty Industrial's operations.
- Manage bid schedules, submission milestones and stakeholder deliverables to ensure all proposals are submitted on time and to the highest standard.
- Coordinate contributions from technical, operational, commercial, HSEQ, finance and leadership teams to develop compelling and compliant submissions.
- Assist in the development of tailored bid content, executive summaries, capability statements and client-focused messaging.
- Review submission content to ensure compliance with client requirements, formatting standards and Liberty Industrial branding guidelines.
- Manage proposal production activities including editing, formatting, compiling, uploading, printing and final submission.
- Maintain and continuously improve bid resources including the tender library, project profiles, personnel profiles, organisational charts, accreditations and submission templates.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of tender outcomes, client feedback and proposal performance data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain proposal records, CRM data and other governance tools to support transparency, reporting and opportunity management.
- Collaborate closely with business development, estimating and operational teams to support strategic growth initiatives and major project pursuits.
- Assist with the preparation of marketing collateral, client presentations and business development materials as required.
- Previous experience in a Bid Coordination role within the demolition, remediation or construction industry.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications, Commerce or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating complex tender and proposal submissions.
- Exceptional organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to develop and edit professional submission content.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) will be highly regarded.
- Experience maintaining CRM systems and proposal databases.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the business.
