Job Summary:
Seeking a bilingual (English & French) Customer Service Representative with 2+ years of experience. Key responsibilities include processing orders, managing accounts and their inventories, handling vendors and customer communications.
Experience in manufacturing and/or automotive industry with strong computer skills are preferred.
Required Education/Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
- Working knowledge of AS400 an asset with at least 6 months of practical experience
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Proven proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel)
- Proven Inventory and planning exposure
- Strong planning skills
- Exposure to Automotive accounts
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer purchase order processing
- Order entry, order acknowledgment, part set-up, pricing verification, etc.
- Ownership of customer accounts and communications via phone and email
- To adapt and provide backup for other accounts when necessary
- Preparing quotations and follow up
- Entering PO’s requisitions
- Customer complaint reporting and resolution
- Maintenance of files
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Other duties as assigned
