Bilingual Office Manager (Dental) – Dallas, TX

We are seeking a Bilingual Office Manager who is confident, organized, and experienced in leading a high-volume dental office while fostering a positive, teamwork-driven culture.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and support the Front Desk, Treatment Coordinators, and Insurance teams
- Oversee patient intake, insurance verification, and accurate data entry in Open Dental
- Improve phone performance, scheduling efficiency, and new patient conversion rates
- Support treatment presentations, financing options, and patient follow-up communication
- Manage provider schedules, reduce cancellations, and promote same-day treatment when possible
- Maintain a professional, welcoming office environment and promptly resolve patient concerns
- Track and report daily and weekly KPIs, including new patients, production, treatment acceptance, recall, and front office accuracy
- Collaborate closely with Billing, Call Center, Marketing, HR, Maintenance, and Operations teams to drive office performance
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Experience managing or leading high-volume dental offices
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service mindset
- Availability Monday–Saturday
- Familiarity with Open Dental (preferred, not required)
Office Hours:
Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
