A day in a life…
- Serve as the primary interface between Nestlé Markets/Businesses and the Nestlé Global Website and Search Services team.
- Assist in managing and prioritizing websites and search service tickets to ensure timely assignment to available resources.
- Respond to market queries promptly in Microsoft Teams chat, providing clear and effective communication.
- Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) for all web content tasks prior to delivery to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with stakeholders to facilitate project discussions and updates.
- Prepare and send regular reports on project status, issues, and resolutions.
- Document and track related issues or queries to enhance team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
Job Requirements:
- Web Content Quality Assurance Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in web content quality assurance is preferred.
- Multinational/Multicultural Experience: Proven ability to work effectively in a multinational and multicultural environment.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Proficient in both Vietnamese and English, with strong skills in writing, reading, and speaking.
- Ticketing and Workflow Tools: Experience with ticketing and workflow management tools to streamline processes.
- Proactive and Motivated: Highly proactive, motivated, and innovative, with a strong willingness to share knowledge and best practices with peers.
- Team-Oriented Mindset: A collaborative team mentality characterized by empathy, enthusiasm, ownership, responsibility, adaptability, balance, and resilience.
