Billing Issue Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Compile billing issues and communicate with client contacts for resolution
  • Send constant follow ups with client contacts until billing issues are resolved
  • Report any resolved billing issues to the billing department
  • Cover Payroll Support Representative in answering payroll inquiries received through calls or emails
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English Communication Skills
  • must have at least 1 year of experience in Billing/Payroll
  • General Computer Skills
  • Comfortable with mathematics and financial data
  • Strong Excel skills, ability to process large quantities of data
  • Detail-Oriented Individual
  • Excellent ability to organize and coordinate tasks
  • Quick Learner (will be trained on data-entry programs)
  • Work Schedule: Graveyard Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT)
  • Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
  • Location: Valero St., Makati City
  • Equipment Provided
