Key Responsibilities

• Accurately review and invoice billable services on a recurring weekly basis for a growing client base
• Ensure all posted transactions within our business enterprise software are integrated to Quickbooks timely and accurately.
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service
• Answer all client billing inquiries accurately and in a timely manner via phone and/or email.
• Be able to resolve minor client payment issues and follow a rigid internal escalation process when needed.

Qualifications

• Client facing experience in billing and customer service
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• Knowledge of an accounting information system and Wellsky Personal Care are a plus, specifically Quickbooks
• Good math skills
• Attention to detail, highly organized, and thorough
• Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
