About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career.

Who may apply
Current University students and recent Graduates, able to commit 5 days per week/ 6 months tenure.
Responsibilities
- Connect with different parties to understand requirements of tooling
- Maintain internal testing environments to ensure quality control process
- Support engineers in daily development work in configuration management and issue troubleshooting Design and develop internal system to improve engineering work efficiency in the software development and release cycle
- - Java automation. Cypress UI automation plus
Requirements
- Ability to develop software in Java and familiar with QA testing tasks
- Familiarity with popular middlewares like MySQL/Kafka/Elasticsearch, etc
- Understanding of software development life cycle and modern CI/CD process
- Good communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment
- Fast learner, good troubleshooting skills and strong work ethic
