Tpumps in Fremont, CA is looking for boba barista who can work in fast-paced environment, self-motivated and willing to learn to join our amazing team. We are located in Blacow Road and Fremont Blvd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities

*Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs *Maintain a clean and tidy work area *Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally

Qualifications

*team player, flexible, supportive, and dedicated. *Working experience as a barista is Plus but not required *Experience in fast-paced environment, can handle pressure and available to work weekend *High integrity with a great attendance record *Strong attention to detail *Ability to listen and communicate effectively

Salary

*Start-up pay rate is $20/hour plus tips *two free boba per shift

At Tpumps, we use loose tea leaves to brew all of our premium and high quality teas. We brew our tea fresh daily and control the timing and temperature to ensure the freshest, best quality tea experience for our Tpumps fans. We are also known for our Tpumps Honey Boba which is made fresh daily.
