Class Clean Detailing & Ceramic Coating is a premium car detailing and ceramic coating business based in Butler, Perth. We're in a strong growth phase with consistent demand and a reputation for high-end results. We need a sharp, sales-driven person to join us on-site and own our bookings and customer pipeline.

The role

This is a part-time on-site position at our Butler workshop, Monday to Friday 10am–4pm. You'll be the voice of the business — handling every inbound enquiry, quoting jobs with confidence, and closing bookings. This isn't a passive admin role. We want someone who picks up the phone hungry to convert.

On top of your base hourly rate you'll earn commission on every job you book. If you're good on the phones, this role pays well above the base.

What you'll be doing

— Answering every inbound call and converting enquiries into paid bookings— Quoting jobs confidently and handling objections to close the sale— Entering leads and confirmed jobs into our booking system— Following up on quotes, leads, and outstanding payments— Sending invoices and keeping track of money in and out— Delivering a premium customer experience on every interaction— General admin to keep the day running smoothly

What we're looking for

— Genuine sales experience — you know how to close, not just take messages— A confident, professional phone manner that builds trust fast— Someone who hears an enquiry and sees an opportunity— Organised and reliable — you follow up without being reminded— Comfortable with basic admin systems and tools— Local to Butler or the northern suburbs

Pay & conditions

— Part-time hourly rate (award-compliant, Clerks Private Sector Award)— Commission on every job booked — discussed at interview— Monday to Friday, 10am–4pm · 30hrs per week— Based on-site at our Butler workshop— Superannuation, annual leave and personal leave included

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
