About the Role
We are a growing fitness studio dedicated to creating an uplifting, community‑focused environment where clients feel supported and inspired.
To keep our operations running smoothly, we’re looking for a highly organised and trustworthy individual to manage our financial administration and provide day‑to‑day personal assistant support.

Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
Process invoices, receipts, membership payments, and supplier transactions
Reconcile bank accounts and prepare financial summaries
Assist with budgeting, cash‑flow tracking, and studio financial planning
Liaise with accountants and external partners
Payroll
Prepare and process weekly/monthly payroll for studio staff and instructors
Ensure compliance with relevant tax and employment regulations
Maintain employee records, timesheets, and class‑based hours
Handle payroll queries confidentially and professionally
Submit payroll reports and coordinate with accountants as needed
Personal Assistant
Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for studio operations
Handle email correspondence and administrative tasks
Assist with organising events, workshops, and staff meetings
Support with membership queries and occasional front‑of‑house tasks
Run occasional personal errands and support with ad‑hoc tasks
Ideal Candidate
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Experience with bookkeeping and payroll software (BrightBooks)
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment
Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
Excellent communication and time‑management skills
Self‑motivated with the ability to prioritise independently
Interest in health, fitness, or wellness is a bonus
