We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Creative Teams Human Resources Intern as part of our dynamic HR Team based in our Headquarter in Milan. This 6-month-learning experience provides a unique opportunity to gain a first-hand experience on a variety of related subjects such as Creative Talent Management & Talent Acquisition. Job Description How you will contribute? CREATIVE TALENT MANAGEMENT
  • Assist the HR Creative Team in following up with the day-to-day operational side across all the Creative functions.
  • Work closely with the HR Team to coordinate the processes referring to the employee life cycle (enrollment, onboarding, trial period, changes and offboarding activities).
  • Assist with the creation of hiring forms and contracts for new hires.
  • Liase with the KERING HR Shared Service for the preparation of ad hoc employee letters as requested by the business (employee letters in relation to promotion, ad hoc salary reviews, change of role, contract extension or for any other HR-related purposes).
  • Assist the HR Creative Talents Team in ensuring that all records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) reflect the changes reported in the formal document and that are constantly up to date and accurate.
  • Produce analysis, reports and summaries as and when requested.
  • Collect, review and insert all monthly invoices received by the consultants into the company tracking and payment system (TESI).
  • Support in managing the Immigration & Relocation Processes before the arrive of the Creative People (including the creation of ad hoc Bailment Agreement).
  • Assist with the creation, maintenance and regular update of the Creative Functions’ Organisational Charts.
RECRUITMENT & TALENT ACQUISITION
  • Partner with the HR Creative Team in following up with the whole recruitment process on several assignments (job posting, resume screening, shortlisting and interviewing candidates) for Interns & Junior profiles.
  • Update on a timely manner the Creative Functions’ Recruitment file.
  • Help in managing the Fashion and Design Schools contacts for Jurys, Career Days, Portfolio’s Reviews, etc.
  • Liaise with external bodies (Agencies and Universities).
Who you are?
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a BA/MA Degree in Business Management, Fashion Management, Human Resources, Art Management or other related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest and motivation to work in a creative and dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, French would be a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and follow through skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
  • Accurate, Precise and attentive to details.
  • Rigorous, independent and eager to learn.
