Are you a dynamic leader ready to take on a pivotal role at the forefront of the wholesale retail truck and trailer parts industry?

TWL is on the hunt for an exceptional Branch Manager to drive the success of our flagship Christchurch store at Waterloo Park. This is your opportunity to lead a passionate team, grow the business, and ensure operational excellence.

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, driving sales growth, enhancing the customer experience, and leading a motivated team to achieve their full potential. With a focus on performance, you'll manage the branch with integrity, champion team development, and push towards operational excellence every single day.

Key Responsibilities:

With support from the Regional Manager, you'll

  • Lead the branch's overall operations, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing team, cultivating an environment where growth, collaboration, and accountability thrive.
  • Prioritize customer service excellence, ensuring we exceed customer expectations at every opportunity.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and adjust strategies to ensure the branch remains competitive and responsive to customer needs.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven people leadership and team development experience, with a passion for guiding individuals to succeed in their roles.
  • A track record of delivering sales growth and operational performance in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse performance data and implement strategies to drive business success.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience within the wholesale retail or heavy vehicle parts industry is highly desirable.
  • A strong focus on health and safety, ensuring compliance and the safety of all team members and customers.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years in a Branch Manager role, with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Previous experience in a related technical field, such as heavy equipment or parts.
  • Relevant management qualifications (NZ Diploma in Business, IMNZ Diploma in Management, or similar) are an advantage.
  • A proactive approach to change management and driving continuous improvement.
