Job Title: Branch Manager

Job Summary:
The Branch Manager oversees all branch operations, ensuring efficient administration, compliance with bank policies, excellent customer service, and strong branch performance. Provides leadership to staff and drives the achievement of branch goals.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise overall branch operations and administration.
• Act as the Bank’s representative in the community.
• Conduct market research and develop marketing/sales plans for loans, deposits, and other banking services.
• Manage collections, sales of acquired assets, and other operational matters.
• Lead, motivate, and develop branch staff through training and performance appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Handle client queries professionally regarding products, services, and processes.
• Monitor branch performance, analyze management reports, and implement improvements.
• Oversee branch maintenance, security, and ATM operations where applicable.
• Submit required reports, marketing plans, and other documents to the Branch Operations Department.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• managerial or supervisorial: 2 years (Preferred)
• in operations, preferably banking or finance: 2 years (Preferred)
