We are now recruiting key staff to represent the National Transport Authority on this exciting campaign.

Role Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to represent the National Transport Campaign for the launch of the F1, F2, F3, and 80 bus routes. This role offers the opportunity to engage directly with the public, promote new services, and play a key part in raising awareness of improved transport options across Dublin.

As a campaign ambassador, you will be the friendly face of the service, providing information, answering questions, and ensuring that members of the public have a positive and informative experience. You will also work closely with your team to ensure all key locations are covered efficiently and professionally.

Campaign Details

Dates & Times

· Thursday 16th – 7:30am–10am (2.5 hours) & 4:30pm–7pm (2.5 hours)

· Friday 17th – 7:30am–10am (2.5 hours) & 4:30pm–7pm (2.5 hours)

· Saturday 18th – 10am–6pm (8 hours)

· Sunday 19th – 10am–6pm (8 hours)

· Monday 20th – 7:30am–10am (2.5 hours) & 4:30pm–7pm (2.5 hours)

· Tuesday 21st – 7:30am–10am (2.5 hours) & 4:30pm–7pm (2.5 hours)

· Wednesday 22nd – 7:30am–10am (2.5 hours) & 4:30pm–7pm (2.5 hours)

(Candidates must be available for at least 5 shifts during the campaign.)

What’s Involved?

· Engaging with the public at bus stops

· Handing out brochures and explaining details of new bus routes

· Creating a positive experience through confident, friendly communication

· Answering questions clearly and directing people to further information if needed

· Working as part of a team to ensure all key locations are covered

· Maintaining a professional and approachable attitude at all times

· Representing the campaign brand positively in public

Ideal Candidate - SPEAKS FLUENT ENGLISH - Aged 21 plus.

· Naturally outgoing, approachable, and confident in social settings

· Energetic, enthusiastic, and enjoys meeting new people

· Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules or locations

· Strong sense of responsibility and reliability

· Works well both independently and as part of a team

· Positive attitude, resilient, and able to stay motivated throughout the day

· Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills

Training

Training will be provided for all successful candidates. You will receive guidance on how to engage with the public, explain new bus routes clearly, and represent the campaign professionally. Brochures and a high-visibility jacket will be delivered to you in advance, so you are fully prepared on your first shift.

Payment

Depending on the number of shifts completed, payment will be made on Friday 31st to your Bank.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
