Bread Production - Commercial Bakery

We are an artisan, wholesale, family-owned bakery looking for energetic, strong and positive individuals to make, shape and finish bread.

Requirements:

  • AT LEAST 1YEAR OF BAKERY/BREAD PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
  • Sunday Friday with a weekday and Saturday off, 5Days a Week
  • 4:30 am 1:00 pm approximately
  • Able to read recipes and scale ingredients
  • Be punctual and responsible
  • Strong communication skills
  • Adaptable to changing business needs
  • Team player
  • Be able to lift 50 lbs. repetitively
  • Maintain proper food
  • Safety guidelines
