Breakfast Host (8 Am To 3 Pm)

Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Host to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for guest services, and the ability to multitask effectively in a bustling atmosphere.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Provide accurate wait times and assist guests with any inquiries regarding the menu or restaurant services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including the host stand and waiting area.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle phone calls with professionalism, addressing guest questions and taking reservations as needed.
• Assist in managing guest feedback to enhance overall dining experiences.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with food service operations is a plus.
