Breakfast Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, taking orders, and ensuring that every guest leaves satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems
• Provide detailed menu information and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience
• Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and assisting with sanitation practices
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math calculations for billing
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines and sanitation standards

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is beneficial
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $2.13 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
