What you’ll do

We are seeking an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to join our Business Advisory team and lead a portfolio of valued clients. In this role you’ll deliver high quality financial and tax advisory services, provide commercial insights beyond compliance, and play a key role in developing and mentoring the team. By driving technical excellence, managing workflow and building strong client relationships, you’ll directly contribute to the success of our clients, our people and the continued growth of the firm.

What you’ll bring

Tertiary qualifications in Business/Commerce with an Accounting major
CA or CPA qualified
Proven Australian experience in a similar Management role within the Tax and Business Services environment.
Professional, client-focused, and invested in developing into a trusted business advisor
Proven experience in supervising and leading a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax concepts in a clear and concise manner
