Business Analyst 2, Vascular Division
Overview:
This position supports the Vascular Division by developing and implementing data models, reporting frameworks, and visualization tools across the EMEA region. The role works closely with EMEA commercial teams, Divisional Leadership, and internal functions.
Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities will encompass, but will not be limited to:
  • Develop and maintain divisional data models to support business processes and reporting needs.
  • Apply strong data governance practices to enhance accuracy and integrity.
  • Design and deliver reporting solutions and dashboards that support sales strategy, pricing, margin optimization, product positioning, and identification of growth opportunities.
  • Continuously refine existing analytical products through iterative updates and enhancements.
  • Partner with end users to develop dashboards, metrics, and reports, translating technical information into clear, accessible language.
  • Provide ad‑hoc analytical support for divisional inquiries.
  • Deliver front-line support for analytics tools, including investigation and documentation of data quality issues.
  • Train users on analytical tools and support adoption within their workflows.
  • Create, maintain, and follow documented business processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Vascular CBA team on projects and tasks as required.
  • Support additional projects assigned by management.
  • Work during CET business hours.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytics role, ideally within sales or marketing.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience working with large datasets.
  • Skilled in statistical and analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python.
  • Experience with Microsoft tools, including SharePoint and Power Automate.
  • Proficient in process mapping and creating system and data flow diagrams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex insights for non‑technical audiences.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including managing multiple parallel tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data from various sources and present clear written and verbal recommendations.
Advantage:
  • 3+ years of SQL experience, including summarizing and reporting database query results.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing concepts and the medical devices industry.
  • Proficiency in an additional European language (German, Spanish, French, or Italian).
