- You will proactively identify and drive opportunities for improvement in business processes, automation, systems, and services. You know how to align these improvements with our overall strategy and objectives to increase efficiency and optimize our ways of working.

- Requirements engineering, including collecting, managing, and validating business requirements;
- Developing and overseeing the creation of process, information, and functional designs. You ensure that these designs align with business requirements and adhere to our architectural framework and principles.
- Verifing that developed solutions meet the design. Support and coordinate integration and end-user testing to ensure successful implementation.
- Contributing to or leading small to medium-sized projects or agile teams, including but not limited to changes, deployments, software selection processes, and proof of concepts (POCs). Provide solution scenarios where necessary.
- Staying up to date with internal and external developments within the business and functional domains. Identify opportunities for new solutions and necessary changes due to evolving legislation. Analyze impacts and determine the appropriate course of action for implementation.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (HBO, College);
- A minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role;
- Experienced in Requirements engineering (IREB certification is a plus);
- Knowledge and skills of methods such as BPMN, UML, Scrum;
- Experience in business and IT projects ;
- Affinity with the Marketing & Sales function is an advantage;
- Affinity with the Agritech sector is an advantage;
- Proficient in English and comfortable in working in an international team.
