Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, identifying new market opportunities, and fostering strategic partnerships. Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and current clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform business strategies
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company's offerings and brand presence
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in CRM systems

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within relevant industries
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans for growth
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with CRM software, digital marketing tools, or previous experience in a similar industry setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
