What are our wishes:
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the software engineering or tech.
  • Resilent personality, able to deal with deadlines, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong communication, presentation and storytelling skills
  • Know-how with CRM tools, preferably MS Dymanics and Linkedin outreach
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales and revenue goals for solutions projects and staff augmentation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and technologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or a related field is preferred.


How can you contribute to the team?


The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, pursuing new business opportunities, and expanding our footprint within existing accounts. This role demands a relentless, results-driven approach to sales in the local market and other countries in APAC, with an unwavering focus on exceeding financial targets and maximizing client value.


Key Responsibilities

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
  • Win new clients for digitalization projects
  • Achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets for assigned accounts.
  • Assist in crafting proposals and managing contract negotiations.
  • Create predictable sales revenues through strong discipline by hitting the numbers

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Understand client needs, pain points, and business goals to propose effective solutions.
  • Develop account plans to deepen engagement and ensure long-term success.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Address client concerns promptly and professionally, acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve client experience.
