Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and presentations that meet client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms for the company.
- Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$96,527.83 per year
