We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) for our Sydney office to expand our partnership network, drive business growth, and support students in achieving their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Acquisition and Management:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage partners to expand PFEC Global’s network and market reach.
  • Negotiate, draft, and finalize agreements with partners, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
  • Monitor and renew partner agreements in a timely manner to maintain strong partnerships.

Business Target Achievement:

  • Work towards achieving business targets by driving partners to meet and exceed their performance goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to motivate and support partners in achieving their targets.
  • Regularly track and analyze partner performance to ensure business objectives are met.

Commission Management:

  • Oversee the accurate and timely disbursement of commissions to partners.
  • Address and resolve any commission-related queries or issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.

Dispute Resolution:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for resolving disputes between partners, students, and the company.
  • Maintain positive relationships with partners by ensuring fair and transparent conflict resolution processes.

Market Analysis and Strategy Development:

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential partners in the education and migration consultancy industry.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the partner network, increase revenue, and enhance market presence.

Reporting and Compliance:

  • Prepare regular reports on partner performance, commission disbursements, and market trends for senior management.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (desirable).
  • 1-3 years of experience in the education consultancy industry, migration consultancy, or a similar role within an academic institution or related field.
  • Proven track record in business development, partnership management, or a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and manage disputes effectively and diplomatically.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Tech Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and CRM tools.

Employment Type: Full-time and onsite.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
