Business Development Intern

In this dynamic role, you will report to the Head of Agency Business Development and work closely with the Business Development Managers and Client Servicing Managers in supporting of the Agency Force’s queries on Employee Benefits Business and managing of EBS Agency corporate policies. Job Description:

• Manage and support Agency Force’s queries on EBS products from pre to post sales and pre to post renewal; having the chance to learn and build a strong foundation and learn the infrastructure of this niche and specialized business.
• Respond and assign emails from the generic mailboxes after screening through and doing 1st level responses.
• Provide support to Agency BDMs/CSMs.
• Handle basic enquiries and be competent to answer agents on first level EBS queries.
• Support Agency cluster on BAU matters.
• To support and maintain accurate records of office administration matters, from Health Screening to Flu vacc and other Value Added Services for the business as necessary.
• Be involved in strategic projects and learn the necessary processes to enable the team to improve on their processes and tech enhancements; UAT Testing for new system changes / tech enhancements as necessary.

Education

• Currently studying for Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
