Business Development Manager - Electronic Industry

Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for the regional development of channels, distributor management, and market operations, contributing to the successful localization of the Ugreen brand. This role will involve collaborating with agents and dealers to expand the brand’s presence in the Philippines through store inquiries, follow-ups on sales/inventory, and enhancing offline promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist distributors in developing and maintaining strong channel relationships, while tracking the sales performance and understanding market demand to improve customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with agents to promote the expansion of stores and increase the variety of SKUs displayed on shelves.
• Regularly visit offline stores in collaboration with dealers, optimizing the brand image of existing outlets, and ensuring the timely progression of channel vacancies.
• Support the formulation of local product strategies and the launch of products that cater to the specific needs of the local market.
• Develop and implement local marketing strategies, both online and offline, to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
• Monitor market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive products to enhance localized brand promotion strategies and respond to evolving market needs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in brand management within the IT or consumer electronics industry.
• Knowledge of consumer electronics sales channels in the Philippines.
• Familiarity with consumer electronics products and related competitive information.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Filipino.
• Proactive, dedicated, and solution-oriented with excellent communication, problem-solving, and execution skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently with a focus on achieving goals.

Preferred Candidate:

• Must be based in Manila or willing to relocate.
• Age: 35 years or younger.
• Has an experience to work with Electronic Company is a must

Pay: Php65,000.00 - Php95,000.00 per month
