Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Officer who will drive strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and market expansion across all brands under We Group WMO. You will play a vital role in identifying new opportunities, managing relationships, and contributing to sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads across various industries
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and partnerships
• Prepare and pitch business proposals and presentations
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and achieve business goals
• Track performance metrics and provide regular business reports
• Represent We Group WMO in meetings, events, and partnership activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Proactive, results-driven, and team-oriented
• Willing to travel or relocate as needed
