Business Development Officer – Banking & Finance Industry

The Banking & Finance BDO will develop partnerships with financial institutions, fintech companies, and banking groups. The candidate should be familiar with the financial services landscape, regulatory policies, and strategic sales in finance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development in the finance industry.
• Background in working with banks, insurance, or fintech services.

Industry-Specific Skills:

• Strong knowledge of financial products, compliance, and regulatory environments.
• Experience dealing with finance executives and stakeholders.

Other Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• CRM, Office Suite, and digital tools proficiency.
• Strong analytical and relationship-building abilities.
• Travel required nationwide, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
