About AddaVolt

AddaVolt is building the Philippines’ largest SME-powered EV charging network. We partner with cafés, hotels, clinics, offices, malls, and LGUs to turn idle parking slots into revenue-producing EV charging hubs.

We are expanding rapidly across Northern Luzon and looking for a Business Development Officer who can help us scale our network of host partners.

Job Overview

This role focuses on finding, pitching, and onboarding SME partners who will host AddaVolt’s EV charging stations. You will be responsible for building pipelines, closing partnership agreements, and driving territory expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify SMEs with available parking spaces (hotels, restaurants, clinics, offices, malls).
  • Conduct field visits, discovery meetings, and partnership presentations.
  • Explain AddaVolt’s revenue-share model and answer business owner objections.
  • Build and maintain a strong deal pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Secure LGU and city-level partnerships for public charging sites.
  • Work with engineering and operations to ensure fast installation of new sites.
  • Prepare weekly reports on leads, meetings, closed hosts, and installations.
  • Represent AddaVolt in meetings, networking events, and local business groups.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in B2B sales, business development, franchising, telco, or SaaS.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable talking to SME owners, mall management, and government offices.
  • Highly self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Willing to travel across Northern Luzon.
  • Preferably familiar with EVs, clean energy, or infrastructure projects (not required).
