Business Development Representative

We are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE for a fast-growing and pioneering US-based company.

Work Onsite (Gateway Tower, Cubao)

US Tech Company (In-house)

RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Prospecting through cold calling and emailing, developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and lead conversations to gain insights from qualifying questions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align business development strategies, company objectives, and customer needs.
  • Schedule handoffs with the assigned Account Manager when the lead is fully sales-qualified.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Display a courteous, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and supportive attitude towards all customers.
  • Meet quantitative performance metrics as assigned.
  • Escalate inquiries and requests as necessary to the manager, the appropriate department, or person.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; however, a college degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years planning experience.
  • Persistent & highly motivated.
  • Passion for learning and sales; highly committed and disciplined; positive disposition and mindset.

Technical or specific skills

  • Experience with Email marketing
  • Probing for Sales; sales strategy
  • Critical thinking
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM tools
  • Able to work under pressure and effectively manage stress
  • Goal-oriented, ambitious, extremely motivated
  • Advanced level of MS Office, MS window, and computer knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
