DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
Exclusive Networks and Forescout are seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Representative to focus 100% on generating and developing new business pipeline opportunities for Forescout in the Benelux region. This role involves working closely with the Exclusive Networks teams across the Benelux, as well as Forescouts Regional Account Manager and Channel Manager, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on business goals.
This is a dynamic position requiring energy, resilience, and exceptional communication skills to engage with partners, prospects, and internal teams. You will be based primarily at Exclusive Networks Eindhoven office, with regular collaboration at Forescouts Eindhoven office.
As a Business Development Representative, you will:
- Actively identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities to build a strong pipeline aligned with specific KPIs.
- Work closely with the Exclusive Networks teams in the Benelux, Forescout Regional Account Manager, and Channel Manager to nurture leads and identify potential deals.
- Assist the Channel Manager in enabling partners, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to sell Forescout solutions effectively.
- Conduct targeted outreach via phone, email, and social media to generate interest and schedule meetings with prospects.
- Represent Forescout at trade shows, industry events, and partner activities to build relationships and promote solutions.
- Qualify opportunities presented by partners, ensuring alignment with Forescouts business objectives;
- Provide regular updates on progress, pipeline growth, and key activities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
The ideal Business Development Representative:
- Is an entry-level candidate or recent graduate with a passion for technology and sales.
- Has previous experience in inside sales, business development, or IT distribution is a bonus.
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Is motivated, results-driven, and proactive in seeking out new opportunities.
- Has the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Is presentable and professional with the ability to represent Forescout at events.
- Has fluency in Dutch and English; French would be a plus.
