Business Finance Project Leader
Job Description:
Business Finance Project Leader (for Global Supply Chain/ETO scope)

As a key member of the Transformation and Excellence group within the Business Finance Competency Center, the Business Finance Project Leader will lead projects on strategic standardization and transformation initiatives across the GSC/ETO scope. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, digitalization, and continuous improvement in finance processes, reporting, and automation. The role reports under the Transformation and Excellence Manager.

What will you do?
  • Act as leader in planning, scheduling, and executing GSC/ETO projects.
  • Drive an implementation of digital community within GSC/ETO, and support teams to deploy successful process automation.
  • Coordinate with rest of GSC/ETO Finance Transformation experts reports standardization deployment, ensure completeness and successful delivery of each standard report.
  • Lead kick off, workshops and regular meetings to ensure effective project execution.
  • Proactively communicate project status to key stakeholders, summarize performance/risks.
  • Be a part of Continuous Improvements actions implementation across organizations/entities.
  • Working on a deployment and issue resolution, by a successful change management.
  • Support collaborative and positive team environment to encourage productivity and innovation.
  • Manage Knowledge materials and train teams related to transversal projects and process automation.
Qualifications:
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • Manufacturing/Supply Chain Business finance knowledge and experience in month end closing, Analysis of Change (AoC), Profit and Loss (P&L) and other relevant manufacturing and logistics reporting.
  • 5+ years experience in project management/coordination, and continuous improvement environment.
  • Experienced in process automation and transformation projects implementation.
  • Proven track record in driving standardization and operational efficiency in international context, in international business transformation and change management projects.
  • Strong interpersonal & leadership skills with personal confidence to quickly build credibility, respect and rapport with finance and business partners.
  • Excellent communication skills, clarity of thought and ability to translate complex raw data into simple, powerful and easy to communicate key messages & insights.
  • Passion for continuous improvements.
  • IT skills: SAP & BI tools knowledge (tableau) as well as advanced knowledge Excel (power query, power pivot).
  • Attention to details and ability to identify issues or inconsistencies.
  • Strong can-do mentality and drive to accomplish tasks in an environment with multiple stakeholders.
