- Experience working in a leadership role within the Private Health Insurance sector.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills and experience building effective business relationships with demonstrated networking and influencing capabilities.
- Leading the successful implementation of key strategic business initiatives and programs, ensuring the needs of our people, customers and partners are represented and considered.
- Coordinating the review and approval of business requirements for CCG & HIO&E across the HI community on BAU and cyclical initiatives, with the aim of positively impacting customer supporting teams and ensuring that successful implementation, integration and embedding occurs.
- Collaboratively establishing priorities covering integration activities to enable achievement of business performance objectives through optimal execution of strategy and enhanced customer experience.
- Coordinating integration plans and tools, including those which create greater visibility for forward planning.
- Assist Test Leads and Test Managers in sourcing CCG & HIO&E business users to be involved in test execution, review and sign-off.
- Work with the Change Manager/Lead to build associated change and business integration plans that support overarching implementation of initiatives into CCG & HIO&E.
- Working with Heads Of and Strategic Leaders in CCG & HIO&E to understand their respective functions, current concerns and hotspots and inform them of relevant business activity.
