Business Manager

Position: Business Manager VA with Bookkeeping Expertise

Location: Remote

Type: Part-time

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with expertise in bookkeeping and financial management. This role involves managing personal and business financial tasks, ensuring smooth month-end closings, and providing detailed financial reports and projections. The ideal candidate should have experience with QuickBooks and possess strong analytical skills to handle budgets, forecasts, and corporate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Credit Card and Bank Management:
  • Manage personal and business credit cards, including tracking expenses and payments.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Payment Tracking:
  • Track all personal and Company payments
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing payments.
  • Month-End Close:
  • Perform month-end close processes for personal and small businesses.
  • Prepare simple, concise reports summarizing financial activities.
  • Financial Forecasting and Budgeting:
  • Forecast revenue and expenses for multiple entities.
  • Prepare budgets for projects and provide detailed financial projections.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Create client-specific reports for businesses
  • Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Document Management:
  • Manage personal and corporate documents, including tax records.
  • Ensure compliance with filing deadlines and organize all necessary documentation.
  • Other Financial Tasks:
  • Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure financial efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, financial management, or as a business assistant.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and Desktop) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience with financial forecasting and budget preparation.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Asana, or similar project management software is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
