Drink Botanicals Ireland is an award-winning Irish business specialising in a range of premium dried fruit garnishes and natural-based syrups. We supply retailers, off-licenses, bars, restaurants, and hotels across Ireland, the United Kingdom, the USA, and the UAE. As we continue to expand, we are looking for someone friendly, outgoing, and energetic to join us on the production side of our business at our new premises in Dublin 12.

The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Associate to support our growing team. In this role, you’ll be involved in a variety of operational tasks, including order fulfillment, stock control, and managing the smooth running of day-to-day logistics. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a can-do attitude, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and label products for dispatch.
• Stock Control: Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management, and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Logistics Coordination: Manage postage labels, liaise with couriers, and track deliveries to ensure timely dispatch.
• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, providing updates and support when necessary.
• Operational Support: Assist with various tasks related to the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and production areas.
• Quality Control: Ensure all orders meet quality standards and are packaged correctly for delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar role (packing, logistics, or warehousing) is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• A friendly, proactive personality with a focus on providing excellent service.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage tight deadlines.
