We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our team


As a Business Operations Manager at Pexip, you will be part of the Business Operations team in the Finance Department. The team currently consists of 6 people working with a broad range of tasks. The team is responsible for the product catalogue, quoting tools, order process and invoicing in Pexip. We summarize it as the Quote to Cash process. All of these areas require a detailed oriented mindset, but also a can-do attitude. We pride ourselves in sharing experience and never being afraid of asking for help. We believe in finding the right balance between policies and what is the right thing to do. The role reports to the Director of Business Operations.

The role is temporary for 12 months with the possibility of extension or permanent employment for the right candidate.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Respond to requests from internal and external customers about our systems, processes and products, ensuring smooth interactions with Pexip.
  • Book orders through our internal order systems and CRM tool.
  • Support our invoicing and billing process.
  • Ensure we have high data quality in our systems so we can make great decisions for the future.
  • Be a trusted advisor to our global Sales team about systems and processes.

We think you will be successful in our team if you have the following experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience from customer service or support, business operations or logistics
  • Experience with business systems like CRM tools, online self-service portals and invoicing systems
  • Proficiency in Norwegian and English
  • Strong communication skills with external customers, partners, as well as internally within the organization
