Business Relations Representative

Better Business Bureau serving Northwest Florida is growing! As our area of coverage expands, so does our need for a qualified Business Relations Representative.

This is an inside phone position, dealing with business owners in regard to BBB accreditation. If you have the experience & are looking for a career, a place to stay till you're ready to retire, a place with great pay, great benefits, great culture & great people.... you just found it.

Responsibilities:

• Connect the leads provided to educate the customers on the Better Business Bureau application process.
• Meet and exceed monthly outbound call requirements and applications
• Utilize all tools provided and follow a scripted presentation

Qualifications:

• Ability to build rapport with clients and "hunter" mentality.
• Passion for talking to people on the phones in a professional manner.
• Computer skills and familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms is a plus.
• Spanish Language skills are a plus.
• Reliable and strong work ethic.
• Great energy and a great attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
