What the day will look like
- Manage stakeholder expectations across a complex, matrixed environment, balancing responsiveness, governance, and service consistency
- Support onboarding of new leaders and teams into the EA support model, ensuring clear role clarity, service understanding, and smooth integration
- Contribute to and support delivery of regional operational and transformation initiatives, including Project Atlas priorities and related change programmes
- Partner with project teams and functional collaborators on service transitions, process redesign, new scope onboarding, and implementation activities across APAC
- Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working, ensuring teams are equipped to operate effectively in a changing regional environment
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for EA roles
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and leadership to meet demand and growth needs
- Ensure high standards of confidentiality, data handling, and policy compliance
- Apply governance standards consistently across the operation
How this opportunity is different
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Business Support Operations Manager. The role will lead the day-to-day delivery and continuous improvement of EA support services across the APAC region. This role manages operational performance, service quality, capacity management, and people leadership within a regional, matrixed support model. It serves many business contacts across various markets and time zones.
The Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring executive support services are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in line with regional business priorities, while balancing local market nuances with global standards. The role will partner closely with leaders across APAC to drive operational excellence, service scalability, governance in the field, and successful delivery of change and transition initiatives.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Proven experience in an operations management role within business support, executive support, shared services, or regional service delivery environments
- Experience leading teams and service delivery in a multi-country, multicultural, and matrixed environment, ideally within APAC
- Strong background in service delivery, governance, process optimisation, and operational risk management
- Strong regional operational leadership with the ability to translate strategic priorities into consistent execution
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders, markets, and time zones
- Ability to navigate competing demands and influence stakeholders effectively within a complex matrix organization
- Strong people management and coaching capability
- Strong continuous improvement, problem-solving, and change management approach, with the ability to support transformation at pace
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to engage senior leaders across the region
