Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our restaurant operates smoothly by maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Your efforts will help create an inviting atmosphere for our guests, enhancing their overall dining experience.

Duties

• Clean and reset tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers.
• Assist servers by providing support during busy service periods, including refilling drinks and delivering food items.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, including dining rooms, restrooms, and kitchen areas.
• Help with food handling and preparation as needed, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
• Participate in catering events or special functions as required, ensuring high standards of service.

Skills

• Strong ability to clean and maintain a tidy dining environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and guests effectively.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food handling practices is an asset.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a kitchen or catering team.
• A passion for providing outstanding food service and hospitality.
