SPANISH SPOKEN . We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Meat Cutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and handling, with a focus on meat cutting and food safety practices. As a Meat Cutter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and presentation of our meat products while adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen environment.

Duties

• Perform meat cutting tasks including trimming, deboning, and portioning various cuts of meat.
• Ensure all meat products are prepared according to food safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following proper sanitation procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as knives, saws, and grinders safely and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels of meat products and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and delivery of high-quality meat products.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines within the food industry, including proper food handling techniques.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in meat cutting or culinary roles preferred.
• ENGLISH/ SPANISH SPOKEN
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations related to the food industry.
• Proficiency in using knives and other kitchen tools effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting.
• A passion for food production and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
