Call Center Agent Intern (Remote)

Position Overview:As a Remote Software company Intern on our team, you will receive valuable hands-on experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client interactions. This internship provides you with the chance to develop essential communication and sales skills while working in a remote and flexible setting.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in outbound cold calls with Flexible timing to engage potential clients.
• Learn how to introduce our products/services, identify customer pain points, and propose solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and lead information using our CRM system.
