Car Delivery Driver

Key Responsibilities:

• Food box Delivery: Safely and efficiently deliver food boxes to designated addresses within a specified time frame.
• Route Planning: Utilize GPS or company-provided route planning tools to optimize delivery routes.
• Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, including answering any questions the customer might have about their delivery.
• Package Handling: Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle, ensuring that all items are handled with care.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks on the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Report any issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Documentation: Accurately record delivery information, including delivery time, temperature, recipient’s name, and any issues encountered during the delivery.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving, and follow company safety policies during the loading and unloading of packages.
• Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with the dispatch team, reporting any delays, accidents, or other issues that may arise during deliveries.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid Irish driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience: Prior experience in delivery or driving roles is preferred but not required.
• Navigation Skills: Proficiency in using GPS and navigation tools.
• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Reliability: Must be punctual, reliable, and able to manage time effectively.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work [specified hours, including weekends or holidays if applicable].

Pay: €14.00 per hour
