Passionate and enthusiastic students curious about seeing and participating in the day-to-day operations and projects of high-end luxury brands in the jewelry, timepiece, fashion, and accessories industries.


Immersed in our organization and culture, as well as, involved in a full range of activity at Richemont and our Maison’s.

Interested in pursuing a career within Fragrance.


Assist the Fragrance Commercial business manager by carrying out daily tasks and projects implementation of Cartier Fragrance.

Expected to have retail experience at boutiques in New York.

Research projects:

  • Lead market and clients research study and deliver the insights to build further brand strategy

  • Competitors’ analysis: market shares, distribution strategy, product & price positioning, communication strategy


  • Create Product news, Newsletters and post articles in My Atlas app to increase product knowledge and expertise

  • Develop events toolkits for the boutiques and follow-up on its implementation

  • Develop corporate initiatives to raise product awareness and adoption among employees

Reporting & analysis:

  • Assist on sell-out reporting for all boutiques and specialist accounts getting qualitative field feedback

  • Analyze sales performance and assist with the assortment definition


  • Currently a rising senior or May 2023 graduate of an accredited university/college program at the time of application

  • Tech Savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • At your core, a team player who is excited to shine, as well as, empower and assist others to achieve success

  • Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives

  • Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of our Fall Internship Program in a hybrid schedule 4 days in office and 1 day working from home

  • Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa, Richemont North America will not sponsor work visa’s for fall internships

Dates of Program: Interns must be present for the entire 10 weeks.

Students are responsible for all arrangements of housing and travel

This is a paid internship. Compensation for this position is $20 per hour.
