Case Coordinator

Rehabilitation Support Services in Tompkins County is seeking a Case Coordinator. Position serves adults who present with complex and varied mental health issues. This is a full-time position at our Ithaca location. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm with some flexibility. Responsible for a designated case load; prepare & maintain accurate client records; aid and encourage clients to meet the established goals of their service plans; provide crisis intervention services and other related job duties.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience, good computer skills, and a valid drivers license.
