Duties

• Assist in the preparation and execution of sales presentations and proposals.
• Support account management by maintaining client records and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and analyze industry trends.
• Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
• Provide technical support to clients regarding product features and specifications.
• Help in the development of marketing materials that align with sales strategies.
• Participate in business development initiatives to expand our client base.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred, particularly in technology or technical sales.
• Strong understanding of account management principles and business development strategies.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• A keen interest in technology trends and the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and processes.

Pay: $17.74-$19.61 per hour
