Cashier/Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Cashier Duties:

• Handle customer transactions, including payments, invoicing, and issuing receipts.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales and cash flow.
• Ensure proper handling of cash and compliance with financial procedures.

Supervisor Duties:

• Oversee branch operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Coordinate with staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stocks requirements to the operations team.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Prepare and submit daily reports to management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College graduate/ undergraduate
• Knowledge in basic accounting or management is a plus.
• With experience as cashier supervisor preferably in retail and manufacturing.
• With experience in operating POS (point-of-sale) system
• Must present professional and clean appearance for a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions effectively.
• Ability to manage and motivate team members while ensuring smooth branch operations.
• Capable of maintaining accurate financial records and operational reports.

Experience:

• Cashier Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
