As we expand our reach across Australia, we are growing our Casual Consultant Network. We are seeking established practitioners/consultants who are passionate about meaningful delivery, practical frameworks, and professional excellence.

About the Opportunity

This is a casual opportunity. You will be invited to deliver work aligned to your skillset and availability. There is no guarantee of ongoing work, but each engagement is scoped and structured for clarity and mutual success.

Work is delivered directly with clients, operating under the Thryve Consulting brand and using our high-quality templates, frameworks, and delivery artefacts. While some delivery may be remote, many engagements will require in-person discovery, facilitation, and support. You must have the flexibility to attend client sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your area of expertise, your role may include:

• Workforce and organisational development.
• Performance, leadership, and engagement programs.
• Employee and industrial relations coaching.
• Independent workplace investigations.
• Enterprise Agreement Negotiations.
• HR frameworks, policies, and compliance.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking professionals who:

• Have strong experience in People and Culture.
• Are confident engaging directly with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Have the ability to work independently with professionalism and sound judgement.
• Can operate flexibly, adapt to different environments, and balance structure with nuance.
• Are aligned to Thryve Consulting’s values, quality standards, and brand approach.

You do not need to have been a consultant previously, but you must be willing to work as one.

Essential

• 2+ years experience in People and Culture.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Confidence delivering under a scoped arrangement with clear outcomes.
• Australian working rights.
• Must be located in Australia.
• Laptop and secure remote working setup.
• Willingness to travel for onsite work where required.

Desirable

• Accreditation in People and Culture or similar.
• Experience in regulated or complex environments.
• Coaching, facilitation, or mediation training.
• Consulting or client-facing delivery background.
