Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European e-commerce enabler. Always with the customer at heart.

We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe, but we have no plans to stop anytime soon. As we continue to expand our product offering to new merchants and geographic regions, our logistical network and operations are getting increasingly complex.

About the Role
The Central Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the full scope of Central Operations, which includes managing first, middle, and last-mile logistics for both our Box and Home delivery services. You will be reporting to Head Of Operations and have a close collaboration.

The role also involves leading and motivating the team to achieve common goals, ensuring optimal resource allocation, continuous process improvements, and risk management. Close collaboration with other departments and external suppliers is an instrumental part of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading, coach and motivate the Central Operations team (a team of 6)

• Have a close collaboration with Head of Operations

• Responsible for team results, including both cost and quality performance

• Continuously identify improvements areas and drive positive change

• Ensure strategies and operating practices aligns with Instabee’s long-term objectives

• Collaborate with other managers and departments to achieve company-wide goals.

• Ensure quality recruitment and onboarding, making sure the team has the right resources and capabilities.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive process improvements

• Emphatic collaboration style, and ability to adapt communication to different target audiences

• Fluent in both Norwegian and English

• Direct leadership experience is not a requirement for this position. We put emphasis on leadership potential, and look for a individual who can grow their leadership at Instabee
