Core Responsibilities

• Lead personalized one-on-one and group stretching sessions with a focus on technique and mindfulness
• Conduct detailed mobility assessments to tailor each client’s program
• Design and implement customized flexibility and mobility routines
• Create safe, effective, and engaging stretching experiences
• Maintain a calm, welcoming, and mindful environment for all clients

Required Qualifications

• Current Yoga Teaching Certification (200-hour minimum)
• Hands-on teaching experience in a studio or wellness setting
• Strong understanding of anatomy, alignment, and movement principles
• Excellence in verbal cueing and hands-on adjustments
• Current First Aid and CPR certification

Preferred Experience

• Certification in multiple yoga styles or disciplines
• Experience with therapeutic or restorative yoga practices
• Knowledge of injury prevention and recovery principles
• Experience working with special populations
• Background in private or personalized instruction
