Department: Finance Role Summary

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for leading the financial strategy and stewardship of the company, ensuring strong financial governance, profitability, scalability, and long-term growth. The CFO will oversee all global financial operations, including forecasting, budgeting, analysis, financial systems, investor relations, treasury, and compliance. A strong background in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Offshoring, coupled with international finance experience, is essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in Finance leadership roles; at least 5 years & above in a CFO or equivalent senior role.
• Strong experience in BPO, Shared Services, EOR, Outsourcing, or Offshoring industries.
• Proven track record managing multi-entity, multi-country finance operations.
• Expertise in financial modeling, cash flow management, and corporate governance.
• Strong understanding of international tax, transfer pricing, and global compliance. Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA) preferred

Pay: Php600,000.00 - Php1,000,000.00 per month
